@anthonypaulhe changed my life. In 2023, he coach @anthonypaulhe changed my life. In 2023, he coached me through a major transformation—one that felt like a second chance at youthful, athletic energy. Then in 2024, he guided me through something just as challenging: recovering from an accident that required rotator cuff surgery. There’s something about losing weight, feeling great… and then hitting a major setback that threatens to send you back to square one. That phase is risky. It’s easy to feel discouraged, especially when post-op limitations make progress feel painfully slow. Anthony played a huge role in getting me through the hardest part of this comeback. I’m grateful for his guidance and excited to keep striving for full recovery and the best health I can achieve at this stage in my life. It’s good to be humbled and even better to be supported through the struggle.
